If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first purchase, email support@passpointus.org and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future charges but past periods are non-refundable.
Pass guarantee
Available on Annual and Bar/USMLE Lifetime plans. If you complete the recommended schedule, submit all required mocks, and do not pass on your first sitting, we extend your subscription free until you do. Submit proof of the failed sitting within 30 days of your score report.
How to request
Email support@passpointus.org with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
